Hello I’m Sam! I am a Doula, Antenatal Educator, Hypnobirthing Instructor and Breastfeeding Peer Supporter based in East Kent

Starting and growing your family changes everything, and as someone who's been through this transformation myself, I'm passionate about walking alongside you during this incredible journey!

From pregnancy through those early weeks with your baby, I'm here to provide the emotional, physical, and practical support you need to grow in confidence, navigate the maternity system, and to be nurtured and celebrated as you deserve to be.

Whether you're planning a homebirth, want all the pain relief available, are having a planned caesarean, or are somewhere in between, I support YOUR choices without judgment. My role is to help you have a positive birth experience as YOU define it, not as I or others think it should be.

I absolutely love what I do, I live and breath birth every single day, with an incredible network to support you in East Kent as you birth and add a tiny baby into your family dynamic.

'Sam transformed my experience of childbirth the second time round!

I only "found" Sam 2 weeks before my due date, but even with this limited time, Sam fit me in and really helped change my perspective on childbirth. With the tools Sam provided and taught me, for my second child, I laboured at home with no pain relief until it got to the point I felt I needed to go to the hospital. When I got there I had got to 8cm dilated! I did opt for an epidural again but I made my voice heard, I said what I wanted and we had a lovely birth, followed by the much wanted golden hour (and some!).
